About Dave
David Thomas Gross was born in 1975 on Long Island New York, He lived
there until he was 18 then his Mom and two sisters and step-dad moved
up to Hawley PA, in 1993 Dave attended
Valley Forge Christian
College. with a major of pastoral ministries, later he added
another major of world missions, in 2000 Graduated from Lackawanna
College with a degree in
computer
information systems. from the age of 15 Dave has been working with his
hands, doing construction work, everything from plumbing to drywall to
electrical, to fine wood working and sign making, In 2007 Dave got
married to Megan who is a registered Nurse.
"David and I met online one
glorious day in 2001. We were both bored and just looking for
someone to talk to. Our first conversation was spent rhyming, for
an entire hour. You can rhyme a lot of words in an hour!
After that we spoke almost everyday online and sometimes we spoke
on the phone. (well, I spoke and David whispered ;) We finally met
in 2004. Ahhh! What a fabulous day that was! We went to the
park and played on the jungle gym. : D
This past November we went to NYC for a day and I finally realized where
I was supposed to be. So the next day I called up my then
boyfriend and said goodbye. I then called up David and asked him
if he needed a girlfriend because I was single. (trust me, I
should have done this long before I had. A combination of fear and
"contentment" stopped me.) We went out for three months and David
proposed in the McDonalds parking lot (where we first met). I
diligently worked on planning our wedding. It wasn't too long
though before we realized it wasn't what we wanted. So on May 25,
2007 we were married by a JP with a few family in tow. Afterwards,
we went out to lunch and then to the hotel room and the Jacuzzi!! It was
a great day/night and it's been great since then! --Megan"
Dave Plays piano and guitar, and has an extensive collection of DVD's
Dave also is involved in Martial arts and is student at Victory School of Martial Arts in Pen Argyle PA,
